An occupational therapist helps older Australians remain safe, comfortable and independent at home for as long as possible. Through your package, an OT can:

Assess your home for safety risks and recommend modifications — grab rails, ramps and non-slip surfaces.

GETTING STARTED
How to refer
FOR CASE MANAGERS & COORDINATORS
To refer a client, email or call us (Mon–Fri 8am–5pm). Please include the client’s name, contact details, package level, and a brief description of the OT need. We’ll be in touch promptly to confirm and arrange an appointment.
FOR CLIENTS & FAMILIES
If you are on a Home Care Package or Support at Home package and would like to arrange an OT assessment, speak to your case manager or care coordinator, or contact us directly. We are happy to liaise with your provider on your behalf.
