Client Confidentiality: Confidentiality of client information will be maintained in accordance with legal and ethical standards. Information may be shared only with the client's consent or as required by law.

Appointment Policy: Clients are expected to arrive on time for scheduled appointments. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time, and missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Payment Terms: Fees for services rendered are to be paid in accordance with the agreed-upon terms. Payment is typically due at the time of service, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Consent to Treatment: Clients or their legal guardians must provide informed consent for all treatment interventions. The therapist will explain the proposed interventions, risks, benefits, and alternatives to the client's satisfaction.

Record Keeping: Accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and progress will be maintained in compliance with legal and professional standards.
